There's the two camps and also fencing has been spawned around the house grouping there. There's also an untargetable NPC running around in circles.

Sounds like the DOY outpost used for the anti-city epic.

Two guys bumping into each other all the time with a few
ceres warrior/DOY gaurd/Y-reps (whatever you want to call them) nearby.

No what I am talking about is in the south part of I_06. Has a few tents, a table and chairs, one chair overturned and some crates and a fire with a barrel on top of it. Only the chairs can be accessed. Looks odd for where it is.

Archeus, F12 is your friend, just take some screens and show us rather than this mystical magical guessing game we're in.
