No quality vs 120/120 quality?

I made my 3'rd Oblitterator today. The first 2 became.. well, oblitterators. The third one had 120/120 quality (!) Relogged and checked, it's still there.

What is going on?

Hmm, the 120/120 one also has "ammo/damage: special", as well as it actually saying it's artifact.

New obliterators now have Condition & get damaged with use.

I'am unsure if this is intentional or not, but i dont like it. :(
