Salvaging vehicle keys

Hi,

As i'm breaking rhino's from time to time, i tried to salvage one of the keys just for the fun of it.

I have 112 recycle skill and used a tl100 salvage tool.

I got all vehicle component parts 3*cp10 1*cp9 and then i think an 8, a 7 and then 5 or so.

Has anyone ever gotten back one of the vehicle parts itself? or just component parts.

I never knew you could do that.

I have 100 recycle skill too, i will have to dig out those old keys and give it a try.

the last time i recycle a Key i get only VHC Components too. with around 120 skill

Which isn't too bad, since you can use those to make a C10, or a hell of a lot of ammo :-)

I've been salvaging everything i don't need lately, and i'm getting a nice chem collection, along with weapon and armor parts.
I use the armor parts for recycling ammo and drugs.
The weapon parts i recycle into W8's.

I think one could make some cash of buying up old "junk" and recycling it all into chems and W8's and C10's, which you use to build stuff or use to sell to other constructors.
