i cant connect to pluto, it said connection to nethost lost, and i cant reconnect at all, my internet connections working fine to, so whats going on?

Anyway, it's every week at around this time I believe. So if you expect to be on more on these times since the holiday season is starting, you'll need to get used to doing something else for a bit on Thursdays around noon.
