Stuck in old clan apartment??

I stopped playing one of my characters and he was left inside my clan's apartment... unfortunately they seem to have disbanded? as i cant find any trace of them and my character is now stuck inside their old apartments not between the entrance and the lift.. trying to use the lift to go out through the ground floor does not work.. and using the /set reset_position 1 doesnt work either is there any way i can reset the characters position without loosing any of my belongings?
