The one problem is that there are still safezones, so everyone will just hang out at faction HQ's and Bars, making the streets dead.
Faction HQ's need to remain the same. Non- safe zones, with tough ass guards.

As for clubs and bars, there needs to be some big-ass tradeoffs if there going to be safezones. One suggestion is closing times, keeping them open only from 8pm - 1am ingame time.

Also, there needs to be a *lot* of copbots in the central areas of the City, and they need to shoot you if you even draw a weapon, no warning. That way I would have no problem hanging around in plaza, because I can just stick close to the patrolls and feel relativly safe.

Yes. So long as there not safezones, otherwise deffinetly not.
Infact if KK do not alter the safezone state of Bars and faction hq's, I would prefere if there where no GR's inside the city to encourage walking.

Personally I would prefere no safezones to that.

Yea guards act way to slow. If a twilight runner comes to MB is it much possibility he is there on friendly buisiness? Think not. It should be insta-aggro.

Not quite. Cop bots are getting nerfed, so attacking them is possible.
Plus patrolls are avoidable, Tom Clancy style.
There needs to be some degree of safety in Plaza and Viarosso, otherwise it would be pretty shitty.

Plaza should be a safe place to tradeskill in the central areas, so long as you hug the copbot patrolls. It should be impossible for 1 to 3 people to be able to gank a tradeskiller if he is positioned correctly, but whole clans should be able to seige entire parts of the city.

Oh come now .. you know they auto detect you even if you're hiding along the edge of a wall . lol. You just have to peek and even if they are not facing you it's instant turn around and pow! And with the call for help command . . . well umm ..

It's always been possible to attack and kill copbots without PPU's. It just takes a little bit of thought (http://dirtynuke.net/shot0041.JPG).

Well their AI is pretty stupid. They aren't very fast. The only thing that makes them hard is their high life and insane dmg. Also the fact that their shots come from the sky so you can't use obstructions as protection. And not many people bother because it's pointless to go through all that trouble just to kill one unless it gives you a hardon to kill one.

hmm, yes. they should remove save zones completely but in apps. everything else end up in sync lameing. and after all there is still the LE.
clubs should be a no weapon zone like it was in pp with the copbots.

Have you ever been red with no implants/inventory and spent a night sneeking around plaza?

I usually Gen Rep to Pepper Park, and then head down to plaza 3. The first copbot is easy to avoid. Just hide behind the wall untill he reaches the end and sneed down towards the go guardian. Make your way to Plaza 1.

The next copbot is the one on patroll past Yo's. He's easy to avoid, but if you make one mistake there is nowhere to run to except perhaps rokkware.

After that, you just run straight up to the cloest pillar near medicare and then outside using the other pillar as protection. Up the Grav lift and make your way inside medicare to the Go Guardian.

I did that as a Black Dragon too.
