I cant find Rose in PP2.
According to Gerard she should be around BD HQ, i found only Lilly there.

According to Mitchel CM HQ should be in PP2 and its in PP3 so i dont belive NPCs much.

No, honestly, i haven't done the cm one yet, but usualy when that happens you need to redo the last step before it.

talk to him again (maybe several times) he speaks with rose.


he will give you a message for mitchel after that.
