An un-named French Player has allegedly tested positive for alcohol and drugs after the match vs England on 13th June 2004. Under official UEFA match regulations, Subsection 12 Paragraph 4, if a player tests positive for banned substances or performance enhancing drugs after playing a match in an official competition, the match is made void and a 3-0 win is awarded to the opposition.
