It seems that they have yet to be added, but i hear they have removed the run for monk cloaks. hmmmmmm.... anyone know whats happening with them?

The monk run is back in on Pluto. I built eight level 3 Psi PAs a couple days ago.

I don't know if the Spy/PE run NPCs are back or not. Haven't checked TT HQ, NCPD HQ (VR3), OZ_9, JobCenter or Foster.

i did the monk claok run like 2 days ago on uranus, its still in

PA run for PE's and Spy's is still there, did it for fun last night. The vendor is still out by Foster Uplink in the North West corner of the map.
