I have always wonderd what effet handling have at spells? example, Holy Rezz.
Anyone know anything about this :confused:

Here we go again.... Some people think that it means you can runcast spells better while others say that it doesn't do anything at all

The player handling stat is always the same as the damage stat. And if you put a handling mod on the spell, you'll notice the actual effect is zero. You could have an artifact HL with 10% handling, and a fully artifact HL, and both spells would perform exactly the same, just the first one would be worth less to NPCs.


EDIT: Since damage is a key part of the runcasting mechanism, and since handling is always the same as damage, it is possible that handling is the stat which is actually used in the calculation. But, as I said, it's always the same as damage, and it's increased by increasing the damage stat on the spell, not handling.

afaik handling effects the decay rate of the spell based on usage. Higher handling the longer it will take before it needs to get repaired.

Freq / Dmg is for runcast imho..

maybe hand is indeed for de decay rate who knows :)

Its not secret.. there is a thread somewhere where every skill/item is explained in detail as to how it works.
