Just a few questions since I'm lazy and don't want to bump around the whole forum:
1)WHEN will B:DoY come? When is the date?!
2)When is the char wipe?
3)Are there any vets left?!
1) 1 September is the official release date now
2) There should be no charwipe
3) I dont know

Depends at how you look at it. If you dont upgrade to BDOY then you have to reroll on the classic server.

Quite a few vets about (not that I am one), but slowly becoming more and more frustrated at KKs complete inability to balance things.
We were vaguely close a while ago, but then a few patches back it all went to pot again.

1) Never. But NC:BDoY is (notice the postion of the colon!)

depends what you call a vet in this game really.
if a vet is someone who was around in BETA then proberbly not that many left.
my self been here since day one of retail, however i prefer forum spammer more than vet :D

however we both know people who call themselves vet's are more claiming to be "leet roxor" than "old school" :p
I've been around since Beta 3... but i dont consider myself a vet... maybe time-wise, but i would certainly not be egotistical enough to call myself one

Vets are just about the only people still playing, not like we picked up a whole bunch of people of late.

Haven't a clue about anything called Beyond: Dome of York, but Neocron: Beyond Dome of York has been confirmed as a release in September. Reakktor are under too much pressure from BigBen/10tacel to delay it this time round.

This idea was scrapped, as far as I know.

Yes, there are. Mainly the ranting, egotistical types that "threaten" to leave on a regular basis; but there are still quite a few oldies lurking around.

I wouldn't call myself a veteran - although I have been around since beta. I'm just one of those guys whose name appears on local and you say "Crap, not this guy again."
Everybody knows me, but for all the wrong reasons :( .
But there are a few vets left, like the tupac, Jest, and Shads is around somewhere.

that's not a reroll .. you're not deleting a character. If i recall it was said that your characters will be preserved and you can "start up" a character on the classic server to contiune playing. So when you finally upgrade to bdoy you can pick up your current characters again.
Although that leaves the question of where is this new server for the classic server coming. If they aren't getting one then that would mean people on one server are losing their characters in someway right? hmmm.
