Cannot connect

I just rebooted my router and now i cannot connect at all, i cant even go into the login screen. It just say: Cannot connect to server.
Anyone know what i can do about it? It happend before for me, but it just worked again a bit later, i tried to mail neocron.com but no respond yet.
Heelp me. :(

Contact your ISP and see if there's a problem there. You're only a couple of hops away from your router.

The people you get your internet connection off. AOL, Freeserve, NTL, etc. etc. The people you pay your internet bill too. ;)

Your ISP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISP) is the company that supplys you with your internet connection..

Also generally if you post a tracert (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tracert) log it is best to remove the first 2-3 IP addresses so people don't try to haX0r (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haxor) you.
