graphics card / neocron crashes

my friend plays neocron on his new computer but he keeps getting an error that reboots his computer, it happens only while hes playing neocron and the problem is somthing to do with his graphics card driver (hes got a Geforce card, probably a newish one as he only recently got his computer.) any ideas on what he can do?

I take it he's using windows XP
so...

click start | right click my computer | click properties

click advanced | click settings for startup and recovery | take the tick out of "automatically restart" in the system failure section, ok all the windows, play NC

note down the stop code on the blue screen and any files mentioned.

then go here... MS Support Website (http://support.microsoft.com)
feed the stop code in to the lefthand search box, and viola... all the MS KB articles about that error
