Problem logging on

Am having a problem getting in game, I connect fine and it gets me to the sign in screen, enter name and p/w then it says cannot connect to server. Anyone have any suggestions? cheers in advance :)

I got same problem. Since morning now :/. So it's been 10 hours... and I still can't connect...

this problem has been occuring since patch 199, i have no idea whats causing it but here are the suggestions i got from support (advise u not to get ure hopes up :p )

1- Check that you are using the correct ip address
2- Make sure internet securty allows you to play
3- If it continues to persist, reinstall nc
4- ultimatem, rebuild pc (do NOT format)

i ignored the format advice and im stuck with a bigger problem. anyway hope that helps, didnt with my but fingers crossed :p
