i can't log into neocron atm . since about 18 hours ago it happened . not worked since . i can get into the neocron main screen . but when i press *ENTER* it doesnt go on to list the servers

anyone know how to help plz??

While it's not as bad anymore as earlier this day, it's still quite likely the problems are caused by a server being down/slow on the route to KK's servers.
By the way, thanks for that URL Scikar. I love it.
In other words, KK can't do a thing about it.

You sure you couldn't get on earlier today? Everything showed up green on IHR a couple of hours ago.

nope . i cudnt get in all last night . all today . i mailed helpdesk but no reply so far . dunnoh ow important some1 not being able to log in is a matter of importance :p

I just reinstalled Neocron a while ago... can't even get past the first screen after the logos.

It just says "Connecting" forever.... Maybe I set something wrong somewhere?

Tracing the route to the game server? It's 62.140.29.54 right?

Doing tracert 62.140.29.54, I get no problems whatsoever, fast times too.
Hehehe, still can't connect to the login screen even.

As far as I know, that's caused by Neocron not having enough memory it can use. But, I'm not 100% certain.

It's also caused by certain software firewalls, the kind which pop up a request for whether or not the connection is allowed when software is new or has been changed.

Neocron stops responding after a while, dunno what's wrong... It's not memory, I'm only using like 300MB out of 1.5GB

It's not drivers either, I recently redid everything on this computer.
No software firewalls, I disabled my antivirus software to test... nothing...
