o.k i have 2 probs!!! First is spyware/adware and second is Win Xp
k is there a free proggy that gets rid of spyware/adware
second i am the admin in win Xp but it has locked me outa the display properties and i cant open it :(

Spybot search and destroy and adaware seem to be pretty good free ones, get em from www.download.com

giva ad-aware6 a try to, it will pick up anything that search and destroy misses, and vice a versa

Start/Run/MMC..

Ctrl+ M (Or Add/Remove Snapin)

Add - Security Templates (Add)
Add - Resultant Set Of Policy

Click Ok

Play around in there till you find the thing you turned off.
