AFAIK you cannnot talk to the guy at the crahn HQ IN pp3 anymore to get a delivery package to have the PA for monks made up and the new PA vendors have not being set up so i guess my question is ::::::

You can still do the monk pa. I talked to him a few hours ago to get package for pa2. That was on saturn, can't speak for other servers.

Venus is not run by ReaKKtor, hence why they have got the vendors already while we don't.

Something within me guesses that if the vendors are put on the servers, it will most likely be done after a Neocronicle release, with the Neocronicle giving details about the vendors.
