Combat Wheeler

I was told the combat wheeler had fixed aiming on the Test Server. Does anyone know for sure if that is true? Right now on retail (even after the patch today) you cant control it at all and the driver has to position the vehicle for you to hit stuff.

If only you could aim those nades it would be good in pvp. I killed another wheeler in 4 hits. 3 hits and it had almost no health left.
