They are to be recycled, so if you have the things needed and a recycle tool and enough points in recycle, you can make them.

why does everyone get all sad or upset when some new things added aren't for higher level players. I think they fill in nicely for some things .. i mean finally some energy armor at low level .. fire armor at low level <-- besides monk vest ;) . . .

although i think there should of been low level poison vests of some sort

I think spiders do deal poison, just direct like Chaos mobs rather than with stacks.

Umm . . the highest armor would be a str 21 one and that would give what?

posion 9 I think . . but what about the swamp mobs? . . It's been a while since I've been out there but arent' there some low level mobs that deal some poison dmg? Couldn't it help with them?

or the simple option to go with a high level in a TH core and collect the loot.
