Can someone also let me know how much recycle is good to have? I have a pure Trader and i am going to put about 100 points in his recycle, is this worth it?

I'd like to know what salvage tools do.
Do they make weapon parts out of guns for example?

yeah they give you back the component parts, tho not all of them, dont know if it works on rares

Can someone with a high recycle skill tell me if it affects the quality of the new recyclable guns (Mendicant SMG/rifle) as with 30 rec I get a 'good' one with stats of about 65 all round, would be nice to know if I should spec more rec in to get a better gun, or whether thats the best you can get.
