Need Help Cant Log Char

hi guys
anyone been experiencing this
i got 2 accounts and my second account char on pluto is fine to log on but i try to log my main char
Marshall Leveire and he is in g9 where he crashed a few nights ago but it gets to synch screen and then i either get a fatal error message
or error in kernell.dll and just now i tried ot start it in full screen and it just kicke dme out of the game. seems strange how my second account is fine yet it wont let me log this one
any ideas would be apreciated

Send an email to helpdesk@neocron.com and they will move your character somewhere so you can log back in. Also, run up the Neocron Launcher and hit the "Check Files" button to see if there is a problem with your install.
