Fix The Droner Blood Flash

It doesn't work.

Simple.

Today, I nearly died several times. The only reason I discovered I was being hit, was because on one occassion, I got a Strength Ding " Hold on.. Droning doesn't give you st... AIIIIIEeeeeee"
The other occassion, it notified me that my armour had taken damage.

Fix the Blood Flash - We need it.

I have seen it work occassionaly, but for the most part, it doesn't.

How did this escape notice?

I think the blood flash should be worse. If someone was controling a drone I'm sure they would still feel pain.

It excaped notice because people were bitching that it was to strong. You nerf something enough times and your lucky it's still there.
