I logged in with 5 peeps on server after patch 190. Killed 4 WBT's in Stepp area and one had a Holy Pestilence in it and another had a COMPLETE Implanter Machina glove. The HP was BAD, (37% or summat like that), but the glove was ARTIFACT. So are mobs gonna be dropping items like these now? If so, what's the point in having a CRAP Holy Pestilence?
