Hacknet spys are almost pointless. You don't need a capped hacker to access faction DB stuff. Hacknet pvp is very rare. Hacknet pve sucks ass. Useful for killing the final hacker during an OP war or hacking a 100 SL belt. Oh, also they can farm ionic shotgun weapon parts.

Capped droner is fantastic in pve and pvp. Drones are good now. Kamis are hilarious and very useful. You can scout at OP wars and also kill other droners or snipers on hills easily.
