But ALSO, I don't know if this is intentional but it seems like too much resists on the Regant HC PA compared to the other PAs that give combat bonuses.
ie: The Regant pistol/rifle PE pa gives 35 xray, fire, & psn. Regant HC PE pa gives 70 xray, fire, & psn.

THOUGH, since it looks like the difference in high STR armor (not pas) & what a pistol/rifle PE will be wearing is not much at all, I'd say the regant HC PA needs to give a tad more to resists. ie: 40-45. Well, ALL HC PE pas for that matter in my opinion, should be a tad more resistant than the equivilant rifle/pistol version.
