In order to keep track of Neocron’s bugs, we have made improvements to our bug tracking system.

Previously, we had only asked you to report bugs via our Bug Report Forum. This process will continue to be available, and to use.

To further enhance your experience, we have also reactivated Neocron’s in-game bug tracker. We have updated and enhanced how these reports are then transmitted directly into our internal tracking system, for a much smoother transition of reporting the bug, to its resolution.

To access the in-game bug tracker, you press ‘TAB’ and then click on the ‘?’ icon in the top right hand corner of the HUD. This will then open the in-game help system which will allow you to send standard support tickets, as well as bugs.

Please can you make sure that the in-game bug tracker is used only for reporting bugs, it will aid us in responding more efficiently to those reports, and keeps the list clearer.
