1st Person Camera inside appropiate Vehicles

I suddenly had 1st person view due to a bug i guess on my quad in drt sector.
Actually i liked that and want to suggest this a feature on vehicles where it would be appropiate, like the wheelers, chaincraft, hoverbike, flyers, pretty much everything except tanks, bombers and carriers.

I've had this happen to me too on the Hovertec, I can tell you that it looked absolutely amazing

It should be relatively easy to implement.

Not quite sure if it still works but i remember "/set ctrl_externaldist 1" to get a first person view in vehicles.
