But i dont know where to look for it. Its not on nav ray/utilities.

Right click the key again, and USE. Then look for the apartment that it tells you.
If this lift address is not listed within the Nav-Ray, then let me know, and we will get this looked into further :)
The key says Outzone Appartment Complex Enter P
But my nav ray only have the options Outzone/Mall/Enter a
Outzone/Mall/Enter b
Outzone/Mall/Enter c
