Amphidextrine/Iceflash

So, this is a drug you can only get via doing a repeatable, not especially difficult but time-consuming mission.
(If you know the mission well, you can get the "big pack" instead)
Yet all it gives is +4 con. Which is useless for pretty much everybody ever, save maybe a spy who wanted to drug a heart in for some reason.

So maybe as a small change this could be made useful in some way? Does it need to be a constitution drug? If so the obvious stats to boost are body health, maybe athletics. Or could it be a drug that there isn't something that already does? A big boost to TC and WEP, or a tradeskilling (cst/res/rec/rep) drug? Maybe even Iceflash and Amphidextrine could do something slightly different (although I'm not sure that you can still actually get Iceflash).
