Yeah. Problem is that you have to look at balancing as a whole. It won't work to moan one or two things in several threads because everything influences everything.
Want to change the APU? What happens with PPU/APU Teams then. Do we have to change the PPU as well? And so on.

We have to be careful with a diverging balancing discussion. I hope that Alduin and friends are able to make the right decisions regarding balancing without listening to the community that much.

Something like that can only be tested in a real world live environment and the test results would only become known over many weeks and months of op fights. The actual casting can be tested sure... apu logs on test server, casts spell, spell works, logs off.

The dynamic of such a change, and the op fight composition of said team is something that you just cannot recreate in 20 minutes on the test server. It needs to be discussed by reasoned, experienced and mature discussion.

I agree you need to test some stuff on the TS but some things need to be discussed extensively and analysed from all angles before they even get anywhere near the test server. If you just had people pulling ideas out of the air and patching them we would end up with a 2.3 NC being as bad as 2.2 is. Some of the current "balancing" ideas look like they pulled out of someones ass and nailed to the wall.
